Buckles with Gold
When we use Gold on Silver we usually apply it as an Overlay. We cut the desired shape out of thick, 24 gauge 14 karat Gold sheet, shape it 3 dimensionally to the Buckle and silver-solder it on. In case of #132G we cast diamond shaped solid 14 karat Gold stars and silver-solder those on, or we take 14 karat Gold wires, twist them into a rope and silver-solder that on, as in example #189G. We stock all our “Buckles with Gold” using 14 karat, yellow Gold, but we could make you a Buckle with a different karat or color Gold, such as Rose Gold as a Special Order.
